Shipping policy

Goods are delivered via an approved carrier. In the event of a return to Consultant Swag, please use an insured tracked courier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Consultant Swag accepts no responsibility for loss or damage, howsoever caused, whilst the goods are with a courier. It is the Owner’s responsibility to arrange safe carriage of their goods to Consultant Swag at their cost and for insurance of same, as required. Consultant Swag accepts no responsibility for items sent by mail or courier and which either fail to arrive or arrive damaged either at Consultant Swag or when being returned. Customers wishing to send items by courier or mail should ensure that they are adequately insured and are responsible for claiming where necessary on the insurance taken. Consultant Swag will endeavour to offer customers a choice of delivery options when purchasing goods directly from Consultant Swag.


Any liability for any loss or damage caused whilst in transit is the responsibility of the delivery service; any damage discovered on receipt or failure of the service to deliver the goods must be advised to the carrier and any dispute resolution with the carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.


Consultant Swag is not responsible for any customs, taxes, import duties or fees etc.
